Do We Glorify Jesus?

I will praise You, O Lord my God, with all my heart, And I will glorify Your name forevermore.

Psalm 86:12

Reflection

One way to discern truth is by asking, “Does this glorify Jesus?” Anything that lifts the flesh or ego is not of God. The Holy Spirit always points to Christ, leaving us encouraged and edified. His work deepens faith and strengthens love. Our focus remains on His greatness, not our own. We live to glorify Him alone.

Application

Discern if your words and actions glorify Christ

Reject anything that elevates self over Jesus

Seek to magnify His name in every situation

Connection

Thank You, Lord. Help me discern what glorifies You. May my life always point others to Christ, never to myself. Glory to Your holy name, always and forever. In Jesus' name. Amen!
